Baking Recipes...Can't you tell I like to bake

Hershey's Doubly Chocolate Cookies

1 Cup (2 sticks) of Butter Softened
1 1/2 Cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups of Flour
2/3 Cup Cocoa
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups (12 oz) semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts (opt)

Heat oven to 350. In large mixing bowl, beat butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla until light and fluffy. In another bowl stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Add to butter mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie pans. Bake 8-10 minutes. Cool slightly and remove from cook pans to wire racks. Cool completely. Makes 4 1/2 dozens.

Fudge Meltaways-----

Had the fudge but never made them. Joyanna M made them for us for Christmas and they were so delicious.

1 C Butter
2 Squares unsweetened chocolate
2 c sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs beaten
4 C graham cracker crumbs
2 cups coconut, shreaded
1 cup nuts

Melt chocolate and butter, add above ingredients and press into cookie sheet. Freeze

2 Tablespoons milk
4 C confectioners sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup butter
2 squares of unsweetened chocolate

Mix butter, milk, vanilla and sugar. Spread on top of Chocolate later. Freeze again

Melt 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips and drizzle on top. Chill yet again.
